The Provincial Council of Cuenca invests in a Motilla road t

The Provincial Council of Cuenca has invested more than 52,000 euros in the Cabezuela de Motilla del Palancar road with the aim of facilitating entry and exit to the CM-2202. This road is approximately one kilometer long and a layer of asphalt has been laid with the aim of being an alternative access to the plant that the Mahle company has on the Campillo road, since it currently has a thousand workers and accumulates traffic peaks with 300 vehicles.
The president of the Provincial Council, Álvaro Martínez Chana, has been visiting the final result of the works together with the mayor of the town, Pedro Javier Tendero, and the vice president, Francisco López. The current executive has reiterated his support for the Motilla factory and its leaders because "they committed to creating jobs in the province of Cuenca and they are fulfilling it", for this reason, he considers that all institutions must collaborate so that Motilla continue to be “one of the economic engines of the province.”

The Cabezuela road improves the accessibility of an industrial area in Motilla del Palancar, adjacent to the CM-2202 highway. The improvement of communications in said area entails the implementation of companies for the economic development of the area. The infrastructure is approximately 1 km long and according to the project drawn up by the Provincial Works Service, the budget amounts to 52,322.65 euros.

The actions carried out have consisted of prior work on pruning and clearing the vegetation to later act on the adaptation of the ditches.
